The Phonologies Team is a composite mix of youth and maturity who have contributed significantly with their experience in the industry. The experience combined with the team's innovative skills in developing speech and telephony solutions, have improved the way phone users access business processes running in the cloud and exchange information outside the traditional four walls of the enterprise.

 Prashant Lamba, Co-founder & Chief Executive Officer
 Prashant LambaFor more than 10 years, Prashant has led Phonologies, known for state-of-the-art technologies. Early in his career, Prashant was the Chief Marketing Officer of ValuePay.com, the Internet's Largest 'get paid to surf' service. Prashant then founded Phonologies in 2001, and over the years has oriented himself into a 'tech' role to guide the growth of Phonologies. Prashant holds an MBA from the University of Pune, specializing in Services Marketing and a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce.


Alex Kurganov, Executive Vice President, Business Development
 Alex KurganovAlex Kurganov has recently joined Phonologies and looks after Business Development using his vast experience and reach in the Telephony industry. Alex has more than 20 years of telecommunications and Internet industry experience as a software executive, inventor, system architect and developer building advanced software systems for such companies as Motorola, Kodak and Ardis. In 1994, while serving as VP of Engineering for Vail Systems, he built a multi-tenant telephony application platform that was used to successfully host many Fortune 500 client applications.

In 1997 Alex co-founded Webley Systems and, serving in the CTO role, led the development of the first in the industry speech enabled Unified Communications platform and applications. Webley technology was licensed to major telecommunications carriers.

Given Alex's vast experience, he is also involved in technical and product development matters at Phonologies. Alex holds 9 US Patents. He earned his MS in Computer Science from the Institute of Technical Cybernetics, Academy of Sciences and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Polytechnical Institute in the former USSR. Alex is based in Boston, MA.
