Oktopous™, ccXML Open Source PIK
Phonologies Oktopous™ PIK is an abstract, C++ implementation of the W3C Call Control XML (ccXML) standard. It is a "light-weight" toolkit, independent of the underlying telephony platform / protocols and is best suited for OEM customers / System Integrators looking to implement ccXML functionality in their product offerings.

7th October 2004 : Oktopous 1.1 release is available now. You can download it from the
SourceForge.net downloads section. Important changes include - a new directory structure, bug fixes, closer to CCXML-1.0 last call draft and a Sample client program demonstrating the use of Oktopous PIK.
26th June 2004 : Oktopous PIK 1.1-rc1 is now available from the SourceForge download section. Important changes include, complies with the latest last call working draft, interface cleanup, windows support etc.
5th May 2004 : CCXML 1.0 Last Call working draft was published on April 30th with some major changes / additions to the spec. Watch this space for an updated Oktopous compliant with the latest spec + windows support.
5th April 2004 : Oktopous PIK 1.0 beta is released. Source distributions and CVS are available at SourceForge.net. This release supports only Linux. A Windows compatible release expected soon.
