Value Package: Integration and Application Development support via Email for 6 months. Suited for Integration by users of Oktopous™ ccXML PIK with platform of their choice (Telephony Platforms, VoiceXML Platforms, IVRs & VRUs, Conferencing & Messaging Platforms, Outbound dialing announcement servers) and development, prototyping & testing of Speech and Telephony Applications. Quickly identify and resolve Oktopous™ ccXML PIK integration and Application development issues. Includes: Periodical maintenance updates and bug fixes. Documentation and troubleshooting manuals. Premium Package: Phonologies Professional Services Team offers consulting integration services for Oktopous™ ccXML PIK with the customer's platform, including development and testing of Speech and Telephony Applications. Through this package, users need not hire specialized resources for their Telephony and Speech related projects, but concentrate on their main line of business and utilize Phonologies experienced Professional Services Team to migrate their existing systems to feature rich application platforms. Package Includes: Integration Source Code & Documentation. Periodical maintenance updates and bug fixes. Platinum Business Edition: Step 1: Your Oktopous™ PIK integration is complete. Step 2: You are ready to go commercial: distribute Oktopous™ PIK bundled with your products, or, deploy the integrated Oktopous™ PIK in your hosting business. Step 3: You need to acquire a commercial license.
